Alan O'Connor

Alan O’Connor serves as the Technical Director and MLS Next Coach at Nashville United Soccer Academy. With 4 years at the MLS Next serving as the U17 Head Coach for the Nashville SC Academy, Alan has a passion for individual player development. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland he has spent the majority of his coaching career in Nashville, TN. O’Connor played soccer in both Ireland and the U.S., last playing for Nashville FC of NPSL in 2013. He has coached youth soccer in and around Nashville since 2008, coaching high school at Montgomery Bell Academy, collegiately at UT Southern, Director of Coaching at both Tennessee Soccer Club and Nashville United Soccer Academy, and as Head Coach of Inter Nashville FC and Nashville United in NPSL.

O’Connor holds a Master’s of Organizational Leadership degree and USSF “A” License. He has one daughter and three sons with his wife, Sara.

    Greg Warden

    Greg Warden has been involved in football at the highest level both as a player and now as a coach. Originally from Australia, Greg moved to America in 2016 where he began his coaching journey in Nashville, TN. Warden was the ECNL Director for Tennessee Soccer Club as well as working with Nashville SC in their MLS Academy. Warden has recently moved to San Diego to work with the San Diego Wave and ALBION SC in youth development. Within these high level organizations he has worked with many talented players on creating and executing Individual Development Plans to maximize their development.

    Warden holds a USSF B License and is currently obtaining his USSF A License. He has one daughter with his wife, Gabi.

I have realized there isn't enough support for individual players and their families so I am very excited to be able to create this opportunity. "
